Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Webbloo ("we", "us") collects through webbloo.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email info@webbloo.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number (if you add one), business type, the plan you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These logs help keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and talk with you about a website for your business.
- If you become a client, to provide the services you sign up for, under a separate client agreement.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run Webbloo, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts on this site. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it is stored
We serve small businesses around the world, and our providers may store information in countries other than yours, including Canada, the United States and the European Union. Those countries may have different privacy laws, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected wherever it is held.
How long we keep it
If you contact us but do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law or our records require.
How we protect it
Our site uses an encrypted (https) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach puts it at real risk.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or the EU and UK GDPR, including the right to object to how we use your information or to complain to your local privacy regulator. To make a request, email info@webbloo.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
